If you are on a regular medication your doctor will be able to issue you with a repeat prescription (28 days' duration).
You can request your repeat prescription at your local chemist who can pick it up for you from the surgery and dispense it to you locally at your pharmacy to save you having to come to the Surgery (please arrange this with your prefered pharmacy).
Requests can also be made through our Surgery Web Site via Emis Access (please contact reception to register for this). Requests made online can also be sent to your prefered pharmacy for you to pick up or you can collect them from the Surgery.
Requests should only be made by fax in emergency situations.
Please do not make requests by telephone because this blocks our lines and can lead to errors.
If required you can request a repeat prescription by post (enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope).
